Feeder Schools
Welcome to the College Park Band feeder School Family
The Conroe ISD Fine Arts Program is second to none!
“Emphasizing the highest standards of individual and ensemble music fundamentals and performance skills, the CISD Band Program will provide students with a quality, goal-centered music education while nurturing a life-long appreciation for music”.
We have students join us from many schools, and we are so fortunate to have close ties throughout our College Park feeder. We work closely to ensure a smooth transition to high school.
* Our Percussion Director teaches both Knox and College Park students
* Knox students are able to perform their Winter and Spring concerts in the College Park auditorium, so become familiar with the layout and logistics very quickly
* Students are given the opportunity to take part in “Knox Night” at one of the High School football games – this is a great introduction to all the fun of marching band season!
* With our various summer camps, band students are usually well acquainted before school even starts!
