Winter Guard

Winterguard starts after the marching band season ends. It is the color guard season where the guard is isolated by themselves indoors. The shows are in a gym, performed on a printed or painted vinyl tarp, with an edited soundtrack. This season is where difficulty and challenging skills are rewarded in competition as well as clean execution.  

The Junior Varsity Winterguard will perform in the local circuit called Texas Color Guard Circuit (TCGC) throughout the season. The Varsity Winterguard will perform in both TCGC and the international circuit called Winter Guard International (WGI). There will be travel opportunities for the Varsity color guard to compete and perform.
